woodlouse (doing what?)

OK I promise, no more ugly looking night bugs after this one. Anyhow this particular breed of crustacean has been around for 50 million years so it deserves a little recognition. I don't know what it's doing, there seems to be some sort of secretion on the plant in front of it:
