View Full Version : Flower taken in neighbors yard yesterday

I'm not sure what this is, but thought it was beautiful. I hope I captured its elegance with my a 95. CC always welcome. This was done on a tripod and exif follows, so please any tips to get a better shot of this, would be greatly appreciated (remember only got an a 95 and no lenses as of yet:)

Using a -1/3 or -2/3 EV would have helped save the highlights as long as you have a good post processing software like PSE 3. And centerweighted metering if you can chose it on your camea.

not sure what >> -1/3 or -2/3 EV is, is this exposure? (sorry new to terminology). I use photoshop cs2 for pp. Oh but i did use "evaluate" for the metering, so next try with be with "center weighted"

For some reason when i see this picture it reminds me of the 60's, not that i ever lived in the 60's but it does.
