Pro-T anti-twist plate w/ battery grip

The Stroboframe website (tiffen.com) indicates that when you use a battery grip the cork anti-twist plate supplied with the bracket is sufficient. Can anyone confirm this, or recommend a suitable anti-twist plate for use with a 20D/BG-E2?

I know that this is an old thread, and probably sorted now, but i purchased a Stroboframe 300-BE1 to go with my Pro-RL and it works great with my 20D and grip. It is designed to suit the EOS1, but a little reasearch found this to be the one recommended.
