The second picture is really cute, pickin the bugs out of eachothers head ;)

was that taken with the kit lens? looks extremely good.

Thanks Michaelmjc. I took the picture using my 75-300mm zoom lens at 95mm. What I didn't realize was that I took all the pictures at 800 ISO. I think they came out pretty decent considering. I think I will check the ISO setting evertime now before I start shooting away.

The first shot here the sun really played havok on the image but I really like the second one, nice colors and the interaction between the birds is really nice.

I am not much into roundball but If I ever head down your direction I will let you know, I like to hit choke canyon once a year at least :)
