I took this sitting on the boat waiting to cast off from the dock. I like the way the building is peeking through the trees.

what software do you use to process? Lightroom has a graduated filter tool that would benefit this shot. seems like you used evaluative metering which darkened the bottom of the pic a bit too much. this shot probably required 2 exposures and then combining. 1 from the sky and the other the subject. the graduated filter in Lightroom will fix that. or just use a brush and up the exposure on the bottom 2/3 by about a stop.

even the bottom right corner looks completely crushed.
