It depends on what your shooting? If your in front of the camera then go with the wireless. If your behind the camera then go with the corded. I would go with both just incase. For your camera buying both wouldn't cost that much. I have the corded one because I just can't see spending $369.95 plus shipping for one.

I use a radio remote. It makes a cable release obsolete in my opinion.

I assume your talking about a shutter release.
Get a Phottix radio controlled. About $30 or less on Ebay. Works fine. I've had mine for about a year now.

One thing to keep in mind...the wireless needs batteries, and those which are designed to use built in rechargeables are likely to not be charged when you need to use it! (self discharge of rechargeables!) Some wireless units use standard alkaline cells, and would not be prone to self discharge of the battery.
