I can't believe how friendly this little fellow was. As we left our room for a day at the beach we came across this squirrel and decided to drop a cashew or two for him. We watched for a few seconds as he gobbled them up, so we pulled out a few more nuts and I grabbed my camera. He just stood there... didn't run away... he grabbed the nut and began to chew. I was only a few feet away when I took the picture.
Sorry for the soft/slight out of focus right hand side of the image, but my lens was still fogged over from the different inside/outside air temp... it was 93 degrees outside. I wish there was a way to avoid this fogging... ;)
