Nice work! What was the band's style? The guy on the left in the last photo looks like he's sporting a psychobilly-style mohawk.

Really nice shots - its not easy shooting in those conditions but these shots are great, sharp with nice DOF. Where abouts in London is this?

Thanks guys, glad you like them.

The first band is The Blondes, the second are The Rank Deluxe. First time I've seen The Blondes, they're typical of the indie rock/punk thing, thats been around for the last few years or so, very good, loads of energy.

The Rank Deluxe are a different matter, these guys are seriously good, more like old school punk as far as attitude goes, musically they're balls out, regae punk/ punk punk. The difference is they're songs are excellent. Can't reccomend these highly enough. They're destined for greatness I'm sure.

D4VE, these were taken at the Duke Of Clarence Islington, good little scene in there.

I love these photo's. I love them so much because of the small depth of feild in most of them, really adds a nice touch. Also, there is perfect amount of contrast between black and white making them really sharp looking.

The second to last one is awesome. I really like the DOF and the expression on his face.

Great shots, i'm mad about the 1st shot. I don't take band shots but i'm in to shooting city life (bar shots ect) and that 1st shot i'd have on my wall.

Gotta love the 50mm

Sean thanks mate...the 50 1.4 is pretty special for this kind of stuff. The 85 1.8 is equally as good

Love that 1st shot, but I cant quite work out why lol There is just something about it.
