If you do a search for print companies, you will find some that specialize in "trading cards."

Did you find a good place for this? I'm also looking for someone that can print these but I would do all the design (I don't want someone that sticks there own template on top of my photo).

Thanks!

Topps will print them but they are expensive. MPIX has a new line printed on card stock that look to be really good. I have not confirmed yet that they will allow you to you use your own templates yet. dpilabs has them, but they require a windows workflow - and I use mac. Gee... there are a ton of them out there. Midwestsportslabs.com also offers them, and includes a stick of gum with each.... though I have had some communication issues with the owner.... seems nice enough but unless you want to communicate via fax he can be really slow - at least it was for me. They are out there, and the level of quality of the actual cards is all over the place. I prefer those printed on card stock... they feel real. But that's just me. Good luck and let me know if you come up with anything else that looks good.

Another vote for Mpix.
