Great shot... I used to work in the building front and center. Love the whispy clouds in the sky. Was this a deliberate underexposure, or did the scene look like this?

Thanks. As for the exposure , I could have either exposed for the sky orfor the buildings (or double expose but didn't want to do that, i wanted to emphasize the sky), so yea, the exposure was on purpose (the sky did look like that though - in its natural colors, not sepia :D)

At first, I thought that someone turned on a light in each bulding, then I tried to see if they were street lights, because they were too even, but I couldn't see the street... so had to ask.. just to please my inquisitive mind.
