Hi, everyone. My name is Rob, and I'm new to both the board and to photography, really. I've had an interest in it for a few years but never had the equipment to truly enjoy it. So, recently, I decided to splurge and get myself a Rebel XT with some goodies and figured I'd learn with a good camera rather than just get by.
Needless to say, most of the pics I've taken thus far are crap. :) I did, however, take this pic of my cat that I'm rather happy with.
If anyone has any suggestions on how to better it, please feel free (and feel free to edit the photo). I'm looking to learn, and you seem like a friendly bunch.:D
