IP Address in Comments and Ratings

Has anybody made changes to the Comments and Ratings so that the users IP address is displayed?

I know I can see the IP in the admin screen, but I want it displayed in the user screen?

I want to stop people trying to hype up their photos by pretending that they are muliple people and leavng multiple ratings.

Usually showing that IP is logged "ALL IP'S ARE LOGGED" or just "IP's logged" is printed to page. Displaying individual IP numbers in public MAY be security problem (e.g. if someone had a pseudonym homepage: a comment owner IP which differs from homepage IP might lead you to identity of homepage owner).
