Getting on but not yet over the top

First time visit to Shelsley Walsh hill climb and the VSCC boys and girls were trying their luck. Compared to Gurston Down this should be called mountain climbing and some of the crowd struggled to reach the top :o

It's amazing to see cars this old (oldest was made in 1908 ) being put through their paces :cool:

Great shots Brands, particularly the last one. Look at the deformation on the loaded front tyre. He's definately trying hard!

I was also impressed by the driver in #1. Boy are his eyes W-I-D-E. :rolleyes:

Lovely stuff. Some real "up close and personal" shots there with nice action. Some really good stuff in the gallery too! I particularly like the driver reaching for his gears in the first shot!
