I shoot with a 7D and use a 24-70 2.8 prime....
I have been shooting in manual mode but can't get my shutter speed up fast enough to capture the movement without motion blur??? I have tried to crank the ISO up to 6400 and still no luck...
I need some suggestions?

What shutter speed can you get up to, with the ISO 6400?

I have all but give up on indoor soccer. They fields are usually very dim and makes it difficult to shoot.
I would start with your apature setting at 2.8 and shutter speed of 1/500th and play with iso until you get a proper exposure. If you cannot achieve good exposure i would then start dropping shutter speed...obviously you will start to see motion blur. The only other suggestion is to use your flash or strobes. I have shot some indoor at 1600 iso with my XT with mixed results. After thinking a bit I think you shutter speed was probably too fast.
Side note 24-70 2.8 is not a prime an example of a prime is 50 1.8 no zoom
Good Luck,
Jeff

85/1.8 + ISO6400 + underexpose background by 1 or 2 stops. Use flash/strobes to freeze motion.
If that doesn't work, then your camera is broken!
