Nice action ... but on my calibrated monitor they all are EXTREMELY overexposed.

Like you experienced here, I find it difficult to nail exposure during overcast, flat-light days on the slopes. If you have Photoshop or a similar program, try increasing the contrast, balancing the exposure and playing with the shadow/highlight tool to tone things down a bit and bring out some definition in the snow.
