Hi!
I purchased a Canon PowerShot S45 yesterday and am very pleased with it.
I do not yet have a printer at home, but would like to begin printing out some of my photos.
Which is the best online or offline developer of digital photos? Kodak? Walgreens? Some other service I don't know about?
Please enlighten me!
(P.S. When I was shopping around for the camera, I tried out an Elph S200 at Ritz's, and the clerk printed out my photos in their 'user-friendly' [though soiled with customer's fingerprints and grime] printer. The photos of my mother and me that he printed out had a very strong yellow, warm bias, especially on our faces. He told me that was because of either the Tungsten lights in the store or the settings of the printer. I could correct this using software perhaps, he said. Anyway, this turned me off to the idea of sending my JPEGs to a store that would develop them well. With my PowerShot S45, I figure the 'pre-touch up' quality of the photos will be good enough. I'm just looking for a reliable printer to which I can email or share my CompactFlash card with in the store and receive great looking photos. Which service is best?)
