I was at work this morning when I came across these two bull elk in full velvet laying down on the side of a hill in a remote area but I didn't have my camera with me. I drove 40 kilometers home, grabbed my backpack and drove back out to where they were. They didn't seem to concerned about me as they lay there until I was about 40 meters away then they got up, looked at me for a while and just walked away. But not before I got 70 pictures of them.
