I love the b&w conversion on the first image although my eye keeps being drawn to the bottom right hand corner because of the unequal crop.

fixed. how does that look? i love getting critique, there are so many things that i miss.

I would say just a little more on the right side, so that it matches the left side :) Other than that, great work.
