The shot's looks okay, albeit a bit too small to give meaningful critique, but I can't get my head around the title?

I enlarged the photo, as for the tittle well the flower is dead from the winter but with the background and everything I think it still holds some beauty, hence "death is beautiful" I was also thinking about "stand alone" but tittle not some important to me more so IQ and content...if you could give it another look now that would be great! thanks

I think a little restrain on the watermark will help. In this case, the watermark seem to have become the main subject of the photo.

As for the photo itself, I think there's too much space on top... cropping half of top part it will give more of the main subject in the frame. I think you can also let go of the other stem on the far right. It seems to steal the attention away. I find the subject interesting though.

I like it the way it is, the color and the simplicity.

A very tight crop for me would get the hydrangea to be the focus.I would even do a vertical crop.

There's some great bokeh on this, the only thing that spoils the image is the oof stem/ twig which has the effect of cutting the frame in 2.

Ah right, apologies, I'm a bit dense at times.

I like the shot but agree with Corkney about the oof stem. Very nice colour and bokeh and I agree the dying plant is lovely. Nice one!
