releases for photos in a non fiction book??

Greetings! I am writing a book about teenagers. I am producing the book from within my non-profit company. I want to include a bunch or photos of teen agers, on the street, at parks, in their homes. If the book sells, all profits go into the non-profit company's bank account. Do I need releases?? ANY help will be SOOOOO appreciated!

As it is not for editorial use, my guess would be that releases would be required.

Given that it is teenagers you are shooting, I would guess that it would be the parents that you would need to sign the release (at least up to 16 in the UK - from 16 they can be treated as adults).
