I'm trying to create an embossed watermark w/ a copyright symbol and my initals. It's an embossed layer style where you can use custom shape to convert your text into a shape layer. Since it's converted to a shape, you can resize it without degrading it.
Here's the link.

However, when I try to convert it it tells me it can't because a faux bold style has been added. What do you suppose this means, I didn't apply any bold styles??? From the directions it sounds like you should be able to convert a logo into an embossed layer style...

The font you used for this, does it have a bold option, or is it a "faux" bold, i.e. the application made it bold electronically?

I'll have to check it out, but either way I did not make it bold electronically, nor did I select the bold option, at least not intentionally.

I use a program called: picture shark. You can select any .jpg (I assume you have a picture of your watermark,) size, placement, opacity, etc.
