Cleaning Sensor?

I just sent my 20D off to be cleaned by Canon. Is there a way I can clean it with out hurting the senor? I was told I there are cleaners out there that can clean it.

The reason I'm asking is if I get another lens with I will be opening the camera up more and may get dirt in it. Right now it will take about 2 to 3 weeks to have it cleaned by Canon. I hoping there is a quicker way to clean it.

I use this (http://www.pbase.com/copperhill/ccd_cleaning) to do it myself, i've never had a problem, and it's easy with a little practice. Cheap too.
