Shop 1 I liked the best.
Too bad the out of focus loop is so close to the center of Shop 2.
Shop 3 can be helped in one of two ways. Either use a Cokin graduated density filter (probably G2 (gray)) or use photoshop to tone down the sunlit area at the top and the canvas awning at the top. I liked Shop 3 because it had some people in it. Maybe you can salvage it by using the photoshop "multiply" feature in that area. You may have to do it a couple of times.
