Composition is busy.I would do a vertical crop in the needle itself and the sky...

or just to the right of the dome, right through the low building between the second tallest building and the bronze skyscraper.

Yes, really needed to search around for a better foreground to lead into the tower. Sometimes they're just not available, but that's life. Cutting into buildings part way up very rarely looks good, and it deprives the viewers of a view of the ground connecting things and supporting the sense of distance and 3-dimensionality.

I agree with the others; the foreground is very busy. Sometimes that can't be helped though, and you just have to deal with it! I would say overall, the image is a bit underexposed, especially the tower itself, and the underside of the cloud. Nice shot though!
