What kind of post processing is required when gel is used with flash to match the light in the room.

for example if in a room there is Florescent light and you use window green gel to match the light and also set correct WB in camera. Do you also correct the color in post processing ?

There's nothing different about it, just process as you normally would.

Yesterday I did a test.

Set the camera to florosecent WB and take a photo and it was blue in color and then I put the gel on the flash and took photo and it still was light blue.

Do i need to increase the temperature in ACR to make it look warmer.

You're the one looking at it on the monitor so you're the one who can tell what it needs. There are too many types of flourescent bulbs for a one-size-fits-all white balance solution. It gets worse if you were using a shutter speed faster than your electrical system hertz otherwise you are only getting a part of the cycle and the WB will vary from shot to shot.
