Just reminds us that the cops are people too. It is hard to maintain your "game face" forever. I see the person in the backround is also laughing. Something humerous must have happened off camera.

The G8 Summit is being held at Gleneagles. Your President is there along with Putin, Blair Schroeder etc..

Ther are protests against them all over the area.
