Not sure if this is a compliment or slap in the face. A copy of an email I received: (by the way it was a 1024px digital download)

The pictures you took are great. I purchased this one because my son wanted
to put it on his facebook. I can only make it a thumbnail in the facebook,
which defeats the purpose of putting it there. It is too small to see what
a great picture it is. What a waste of $15.00. I would have been
purchasing photos all season long. This one is the last.

Funny thing is I offer a 600px download that states "Great for use on FaceBook" for $7.

How dare you sell something to someone not smart enough to use it? :) The nerve....

All of my FB are 500px on the long side and trust me when I say they are big and clear. Me thinks mommy wanted to print the dang thing out and can't since it's thumbnail print size. LOL

Help the guy out. Tell him he can link to the photo (hosted elsewhere) as a comment on the thumbnail or in the Info section of his profile.

If you're smart, you can host it for him on a page with your contact info

I am right now. I think he is just doing something wrong.

I sent him a 720px image. See if that helps.

"Thank you for your purchase. I sincerely appreciate your business."

That is basically how I responded to it.

What checkout system are you using? Sorry to jack the thread, I am just curious.

Explain to him how to do it right. It sounds like he has no idea what hes doing. Hes gonna blame you, (even though it is clearly his fault, and his problem) which in turn will be bad for you in the long run. Bad word of mouth isn't good for anyone.Take some time and help him to do it right. He should change his tune, once you point him in the right direction, which in turn will, then help you, instead of hinder....... catch more flies with honey, right?

That's too large, resize to 600 on the long side for facebook.

I of course was very helpful with my response but have not heard anything back. By the way FaceBook is now 720px max.
