Users Online sort?

How do I get the list back to sorting alphabetically?

I wondered the same myself.

I hadn't tried to change it, but I saw recently it no longer shows alphabetically, but rather in some random order?!

I was wondering that today, I looked at whos online and it was all random. I have no idea why it changed or how to get it back.

As explained by Pekka, random order eats up less server resources.
