It Just Came (kinda)

Ok, well not just now. It's midnight here and it came about 4:30pm. Been a bit to busy to post it. Got the Rebel 300D with the 18-55 kit and somehow I think its actually out performing my Rebel 35mm so far as far as the photo quality got. Now mind you I only have my scanned photos to compare to but I'm loving it.

It's a great camera isn't it?? I bought mine less then a month ago. Plus was a display modle so I got over a hundred bucks knocked off the price! :D Congrats on the new Cam!

Congratulations on your new acquisition Herb and welcome to the club.

As you're used to using a film SLR, I'm certain you won't experience much difficulty in getting to know and love your 300D but always remember there are friendly people here ready and willing to help if you need it.
