Does Canon recycle dead cameras?
Where do dead cameras go to die ? is there a grave yard for them?

Same place birds go to die... no one knows. :) There should be dead birds and cameras EVERYWHERE, but alas...
In all seriousness, I have no idea.

I was at a resort with a guy that works at Canon and he says they use a machine that has spinning wheels made of steel to reduce all of there unrepairables to tiny pieces.
From there they recycle it.

I've yet to have a Canon camera die...
The ones I still have, still work. The ones that went elsewhere are (afaik) still working for those that have them.

The last I saw, you can order a camera recycling kit from Canon. But it will cost you a small amount of money. $10 or so probably to cover shipping costs of your camera to Canon.
