I edited this picture on, and downloaded from my laptop. I'm not sure how the screen colors on the laptop compare to the computer I usually use at home. How does this picture look on your monitors? Thanks in advance.

Nice picture...though technically its not a prairie dog but a Franklin’s ground squirrel.

Thanks Andrew. Franklin’s ground squirrel, prairie dog, gopher.....all (gopher://gopher.....all/) I know is when we were kids the local farmers gave us 5 cents a tail. That was my main source of income from when I was 10 - 14 years old.

Bryan I spent many an afternoon doing the same thing on our farm. True prairie dogs are much larger then ground squirrels and have a black tip to their tails...they're also rare in Canada and the only colony in Alberta is along the US/Canada boarder.

Yes I did. He was about 10 feet away, just standing there.
