pin up shoot advise needed (lighting)

a friend has agreed to do a pin up style shoot with me and since this would me my first try at something like this I would like some in put on lighting and light placement. I have the following gear:

1- 580exii
1- 420ex
3- calument genesis 200
3- shoot thru or reflective umbrellas
1- 24X36 soft box
1- 42" 5 in 1 reflector
1- tt1
1- tt5
stands and a back drop in either white or black

somebody help me out, I have stalked the g/n forum long enough and want to start adding my own material.

for additional info, i obviously want to fire the 580 with the pw and use that to trigger the genesis lights so i dont have to worry about wires.

also, which of my lenses would you grab 1st to shoot this, i was thinking the 70-200?
