For the third time I have moved PS to a new computer and for the third time I cannot find where my own actions are stored so I can copy them to the new computer instead of recreating them.
I even created an action and searched the entire computer for the name of that action, nothing.....

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS2\Presets\Photoshop Actions
This is assuming that you actually save the actions/action set. Just because you make an action, or preset, or gradient, or whatever... doesn't mean that it was saved.

Nope no personal actions there (and yes they have been saved on the old pc).

There is an arrow on the on the upper right of the actions panel. If you click it, it will bring up a list, which on it is save action set and load action set. That is how you export and import actions. Other than that, I don't know how to get a hold of them.
