Browsing the forum for the first time now and I like the way you talk to each other very much.
Last week (birthday!) I got 2nd hand a 1Ds, a 70-200 IS and two 550 flashes! I don't plan to buy any additional equipment anytime soon. The flashes were a good buy too, because the dealer who still had them brand new in stock, told me about this forum.
I got the body because I like the 70mm focal length on the 24X36 chip. And the lens because it is a dream come true.
Now, who could please let me (and the others) know what custom functions and what personal settings he has on his 1D or 1Ds (old or MarkII) and for what purposes?
