Nice shots but that is a P40 Warhawk. The Thunderbolt was the P47

Yep...you're right...I guess I was thinking about the Jug when I labeled this pic...but the markings are for the AVG operating in China....Tomahawk maybe? P-40 none the less...

I think the AVG Group flew Curtis Warhawks (P-40s).
