I wish that more of them were shot horizontal, and, this is just personal taste, but I don't like that much vignetting on 6 and 8. They are a beautiful couple, and I love the colors :)

Gorgeous couple! Tilting is a bit too much IMO (I had to turn my head a few times to look at them) and I agree about vingetting on a couple of them.

thanks for the feedback! i think youre right with the tilting originally i liked it ..but everytime i see the pics i dont... as for the editing the vignette is a bit much! i edited these using camera raw from bridge... ive found my results ways better than in lightroom... i have no idea why ... i know its a longer work flow now but i think im always gonna do the editing in camera raw now!

Your work is beautiful.. I don't understand why you resort to the gimmicky angles and vignetting.
The tilting made my neck hurt.

I absolutely love them! #8 is my fav, I love the angle, the colors and the lighting! Great shot!
Just one suggestion I have ( and I am no pro what so ever) but most of these shot's seem to be at an angle (which I like) but don't go overboard with them, be sure to give the client plenty of "straight' shots as well. and maybe it's just me but the first few seem to need a bit more contrast. :)

I think that the reason he used such angles and vignetting is to portray the style of the person he was shooting. Very bollywood!

The vignetting could be widened though, the triangles are too big in my opinion, needs to be more subtle.

I prefer more ambient light, but the poses look good and solid. I'm just not too much of a fan of the "glam" lighting, but that's just personal taste.

thanks for all the great feedback guys!!!
im at this same venue tommorow with another couple and i am gonna take everything into consideration and do a lot more straighter shots... i do like some tilts ...but i think i get carried away!!!!

as for the vignetting....after seeing them on here ive actually removed it from my processing... so its all gone... i think the shots look way better with out it... i dont know why i did it in the first place!

also i prefer the available light shots too but im finding more and more wedding photogs...are doing this high fashion look and alot of clients ask for it also... so i do as they say! well most of the time ;-)

here are my final shots that i showed the couple: http://www.f5proof.co.uk/prewedreena

IMHO the glam type lighting is nice... just don't overdo it. It's like one of those skills that you can have when the time arises. Good work shizzel!!!

i like the way you used your vignettes..actually vignettes are in almost every one of the shots you will see posted in here!!

I think that last picture you posted where you said you edited it was *horrible* very over done and completely out of line with the rest of the series..if that was the first one in the series, i wouldn't have pursued the remainder, but overall, I love your shots, very creative and amazing colours :-) I would be very proud if I could do that!
