Not bad. All look a touch overexposed on my monitor though. Maybe dial down a bit or up the blacks/contrast a bit? I think this makes the IQ look a bit less than what I'd expect from 7D (base don other images I have seen here). Also crop a bit tighter on the players too...shoot tight, crop tighter is a common theme you will hear for sports.

I'll take a properly exposed face over blown highlights, the harsh Arizona sun and cap bill shadows are a tough combination to handle. The crop is fine but I do agree they are a little soft, this is probably a combination of your 70-300 (not the world's sharpest lens) and the amount you cropped more than the 7D. I've shot a few game in Peoria from the wells with my 400 and they need some cropping. The batter out of the box shot is one of my favorites to shoot too. Peoria Sports Complex is one of my favorite ballparks out there.
