A80 Download problem

can anyone help with a download problem i can't download images to my pc message comes up " There are no images in the camera or memory card that match download conditions." I can view images on camera and have download in the past.
Have also reinstalled software and drivers but no luck.

I have you tried a media card reader??? If not you should it much easier and faster too. They can be had for aound $10. It sounds like a communication problem, have you to unplug the cables and rplugging bot ends and then turning the camera on??? Check to make sure the camera's communication mode is set to normal.The other mode is for connecting directly to printers. BTW I don't own an A80, I'm just guessing.
