hi !!
please can you help !!
i am using a canon 300d, and i am shooting in RAW,
all my RAW images are filed in ADOPE BRIDGE so i can view the thumbnails, but when i try process/open to edit the images in RAW a (pop up warning) tells me that the image resolution is lower than required to process as a RAW image, it then asks if i wish to ignore the
warning, i click ignore and the image appears too large and half of the process control pannel is missing, so i can't even close the images or recycle them back to jpegs.

please can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong so i can start editing my raw images!!

It sounds like what Adobe is whining about is your Computer Screens resolution.. not your images.

I do not what resolution PS requires to run the ACR software.. but it sounds like you screen may be set to such a low resolution that the converters controls simply won't fit,.. and thus the warning.

Do you know how to adjust screen res?
Let us know what res. you are running..

If not.. let us know and we'll walk you through it.

Got your PM.. glad you worked it out.. ;)

Now that you know how to set resolution.. you might want to check the specs of your moniotr. see how much you can eek out of it.

Set your color to 32bit, your resolution to something appropriate to your screen size .. and make sure your refresh rate is hi enough for comfortable viewing.

And if I haven't said so before,
