This is my niece, Briah, age 11. I really like this shot of her, but the background had a door frame, a picture hanging on wall behind her head etc etc, so this is my first attempt at blurring out the background. Its not perfect I know!! lol

I think you did an excellent job at blurring the background. I've done a few of these myself and have not had as good a results as yours.

I think you have done agreat job. How about trying to remove some of the stray hairs on here face, she is very pretty and in would help enhance the shot IMO

Ok here is one I played around with. Have removed most of those stray hairs! Thanks for the advice djonto!

I like the first shot better. Her cheeks look a little too processed in the second shot. I didn't find the hair all that distracting.

Yeah it does hey... But im just learning that darn PS and its driving me nuts! Didnt really know what I was doing! Lol ...
