This is a shot of Elterwater in the English Lake District with the Langdale Pikes in the background. On a misty morning the Langdale Valley is particularly beautiful.
The Langdale Pikes and Helvellyn are two of my favourite hill walks in the Lake District.

Had to get up at 4 am ( on holiday ) to get this shot. My wife thinks photography is becoming a serious addiction. :?

You get what you put into it, right? With this image you scored IMO.
...an ethereal appeal.

On a scale of all addictions, getting up early in the morning to capture a beautiful image doesn't strike me as particularly alarming :D :D

I'd be willing to wager that for family events, special occasions, etc. your wife welcomes the fact that you have a photography "addiction"

Lovely photo, Cameron. As addictions go, photography is less harmful to you and your family than most others. Ask if she'd rather you have a gambling addiction, for example.

Well that lake looks so ethereal.

Had a great week, only 2 days of rain. :)
As I mentioned, up at 4am most days to get the light and leave the rest of the day for other things.
