This is the Palace of Fine Arts in San Francisco, California. It was built in 1915 for the SF worlds fair. This was taken just as the sun rose above the houses. 5, 1-stop exposures, 5D2 w/24mm Tilt-Shift and Singh-Ray 2-8 stop Vari-ND Filter. First exposure was 3 seconds to smooth out the water.
