a huge parade went through Waterford that day we were there
(got a big surprise)http://www.photography-on-the.net/forum/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif
the sailors from all over the world , crew and others belonging to the Tall Ships marched along the streets
some played music. all kinds of costumes were worn on others.
huge crowds turned out to watch
I think it was better then any st. patricks day parade.
the marching was wonderful to watch

(I'm not really a great lover of parades
this was the nicest I have seen)
