When i add the files for batch convert, all i get is the something like
CRW_4015
File
0kb
How do i get it to convert to an actuall TIFF? It used to work, but now doesnt for some reason.

That sounds very weird. It has to convert to something, either TIFF or JPG. I'm assuming that you have TIFF selected as shown in the attached image.
Have you tried setting it so that it automatically opens in another program (photoshop as example).

ok, now its getting even weirder....
I set it to open in photoshop, but all i get is a blank canvas of the correct size. Then, if i set it to open in Imageready it does open, and i can save it as a .PSD which i can then open in photoshop and save as a TIFF.....ARGHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!! That is was to many steps!!!!!!!!!!

I haven't messed around with the renaming options myself, much, but is the colon in your "append" settings maybe throwing something off? Note that the output files don't have your appended naming added.

Don't suppose you are writing to a directory you don't haver permission to? Just a guess if you are not running as an administrator
