Sorry if I bore anyone but it's not too often I get an airshow here.
I am told by a reliable sorce he actually broke a few rules during his routine. I guess this might be considered a bit low?

Nice looking T-28...
Don't know about Australian aviation regulations but here in the US, you have to be certified for low-level aerobatics and the show itself needs an FAA waiver for same.

I would think the same applies here. At a guess I'd say he was between 50 and 100 feet on the low pass

If he's over the runway and got clearance from the tower for a low pass, he may have done nothing wrong?

Yes I agree, he may have been legal, however here is Australia our aviation safety watchdog CASA(Civil Aviation Safety Authority) are spot on with the enforcement of the regulations when it comes to airshows with public attendance.
Oh yes and more importantly, "great" shots Raptor....well done mate!

I think he actually crossed on a diagnal?

I hope no one noticed other than those I spoke too. I'd hate to see our only airshow cancelled.
