I am wanting to submit to picture libraries for the first time and am looking at Alamy. They want 48mb files at 300dpi and I am using a canon20d in raw. Once converted to tiffs they automatically come up as 46.8mb files at 350 dpi in photoshop. Can anyone give me a step by step guide to getting the required file size? They want you to interpolate using genuine fractals professional software but this is another cost that I dont particularly want at the moment. Is it necessary? What do other people do because I am sure there are photographers with 8 megapixel cameras out there that contribute to libraries?

Just use photoshop to upsize, should be fine, my brief testing didn't show any differences. 48MB is a hell of a large file.
