The light house pic looks awesome. I recently visited that very same area, but unfortunately the sun and the weather weren't as cooperative and my pictures of it turned out less spectacular than yours.

This lighthouse was a little different than most of them. You could just walk right up to it and take pictures. I took the dark one right before sunset, but i had set the exposure a little low on accident. Then when i got home i opened it in RS essentials and messed around a little bit and it turned out like that. Normally I try to make as few corrections as possible, but in this case, i thought why not have a little fun with the picture and so it worked out. :)

oh, and september at the coast here (and oregon) is usually beautifull....i say usually because sometimes it rains out here. :-p
