Posting Photos

Sorry about the stupid question, but how does one post photos?

For myself, I just shrink the picture and save it to a new folder on my computer, then I just upload them from there. There is a button down below that says, "manage attachments". You can upload it from there. If your picture is too big, it'll let you know. If you would rather link the picture, you can right click the picture and then go to properties. Copy the URL and paste it here.
