They don't build them like that anymore. :)

BTW the noise in the first shot was added and is intended.

I like the first one best. Great composition and very moody. If the stones on the right were a little clearer, though, it might be good. Nice shot. :)

Until I saw the pictures, I thought you were giving a personal description. I said to myself, "that's a bit harsh, 4999 at the most"

I like the first one best too, it has a lot of atmosphere, and the added noise was a good idea.

You really seem to have been inspired on your holiday. :D

Nice one Cameron. Last time I was there I couldn't get any shots as there were some 'new age' people having some sort of gig in the middle! :(

Hi Trevor,
When I first posted the above I thought to myself "who will be first to pick up on the 5000 years old and still standing".

I should have known !!!!

Thanks Damian.
I doubt very much that you would find 'New Age' people up and about at 4 am.
I doubt they would be up before noon.
Cynical old me. :)

That'd be about right! :)

I drove passed last week on my way from Workington to Kendal but didn't have time to stop - don't you hate it when that happens?!?!? :(
