Me in the studio...

took my family to the studio that i hire for a family photoshoot - everyone had a great time and now i have 90plus photos to edit :(
here's the first one... me and my baby
what do you guys think? i dont usually get to have my photo taken as i'm the one with the camera always so i'm very proud of this one.

Very nice! How did you light the floor evenly? Did you use the thrity floor panel from Loews?

I love it! This is what I am trying to achieve consistence each time I shoot... I need some sharp and well lit images each time i shoot straight from the camera.

thanks. i used two flash heads with barndoors to focus the light for the background and two big octa, one as my main (right of the camera) and fill on the left.
i stuck to about 125s and f10-11 most of the time...
i'll post some more but my editing is not consistent :(
maybe i should just batch them up in lightroom rather then cs4 individually?

love that one too! Your little guy got the best of both of you and is such an adorable combination!

My only "complaint" would be that he looks like he has white fuzzies on his jeans .... and her eyes don't look the same color; one looks to be a brighter blue than the other.

Beautiful pictures!!! Now if only I had the opportunities to take pictures like these of MY guys!

i'd suggest you bribe them with candies! if you look at the photos, he's actually holding a piece of candy in his right hand ;P
and my brother taught him that pose that day.

oh - 'white fuzzies' are built in stitches on his jeans.. :P
